Celebrating Commitment: Service Anniversaries at The Arc Mercer

Every month, employees from across The Arc Mercer gather at the Team Atmosphere Committee's Award Luncheon at the Arc Mercer Café to celebrate a variety of accomplishments, including one of the most important recognitions we offer: employee service anniversaries.

These milestones are more than dates on a calendar. They represent years of dedication, relationships built, challenges overcome, and lives changed. Every anniversary tells a story of an employee who chose to invest their time, talent, and passion into supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Employees begin receiving service anniversary awards at five years of service. At that milestone, employees receive a $150 anniversary award. Every five years thereafter, the award increases by an additional $50.

• 5 Years: $150

• 10 Years: $200

• 15 Years: $250

• 20 Years: $300

• 25 Years: $350

• 30 Years: $400
