Employee of the Month

Each month, we honor one outstanding employee whose dedication and hard work have made a significant impact. The Employee of the Month receives a $250 gift card as a token of our appreciation for their exceptional contributions.

This quarterly award, named in memory of a dear friend, recognizes members of our team who embody the spirit of this agency.  We are proud to recognize those who care and whose compassion surpasses our highest standards.

rising star of the month

Rising Star of the Month

Each month, we celebrate one of our exceptional consumers who has made significant strides and has truly impressed us with their progress. The Rising Star of the Month receives a $100 gift card as recognition for their outstanding achievements.

The Annual
Arc Mercer Gala

All 12 winners of the Employee of the Month and Rising Star of the Month awards are eligible for the prestigious Employee of the Year and Rising Star of the Year awards.

 

The Employee of the Year will receive a $1000 prize, and the Rising Star of the Year will receive a $500 prize.

 

Winners will be announced and honored at our annual Fall Gala.
