Our Planet, Our Power: Campus Day Program Shares Inspiring Earth Day Message

This Earth Day, the Arc Mercer’s Campus Day Program Video Production Team is using creativity and collaboration to inspire others to protect the planet we all share.
In their newest video, Our Planet, Our Power, consumers and staff from the Campus Day Program come together to deliver meaningful messages about the importance of keeping our communities clean and caring for the environment. The video highlights how even small actions can make a big difference when everyone works together.
The project is another example of the incredible work being produced by the Campus Day Program Video Production Team, which continues to grow and impress with its creativity and talent. Over the past year, the team has successfully created short films, news-style reports, holiday messages, event recaps, and other engaging productions that showcase the voices and talents of the individuals we serve.
What makes the program especially unique is the active role consumers play in every stage of production. From writing scripts and operating cameras to handling lighting, editing, and acting on screen, consumers are involved in the creative process from start to finish. Staff members provide guidance and support while encouraging each person to explore their interests, build confidence, and develop valuable skills in media production and storytelling.
The Earth Day video reflects not only an important environmental message, but also the teamwork, dedication, and creativity that continue to define the Video Production Team’s success.
