Employee of the Month: Kingsley Asare

Kingsley has earned a reputation as a dependable and hardworking team member who consistently demonstrates professionalism and a strong commitment to the consumers he supports. Whether working his regularly assigned shift or stepping in to assist elsewhere, he approaches every responsibility with a positive attitude and a willingness to help.

Known for his reliability, Kingsley is consistently punctual and ready to work. His flexibility and readiness to support different homes when needed make him a valuable asset to the residential program. Colleagues know they can count on him to step up, adapt, and provide quality support wherever he is needed.

Kingsley also excels at building positive relationships with consumers. His strong communication skills help create an environment where individuals feel respected, supported, and understood. Through his daily interactions, he demonstrates the compassion and dedication that are at the heart of the Arc Mercer’s mission.

Nominated by Ereleen Tarr of Forest Group Home, Kingsley was recognized as “a great employee” who is always on time, communicates well with consumers, and is ready to work any shift at any group home. This recognition reflects the consistency, flexibility, and commitment he brings to his role each day.

As part of this recognition, Kingsley will receive a signed and framed certificate from the Office of the Executive Director, a $250 gift card, an Employee of the Month lapel pin, and a congratulatory balloon.

As one of twelve Employees of the Month, Kingsley is now eligible to be named Employee of the Year, an honor that reflects the dedication and excellence he demonstrates every day.
