Employee of the Month: Jaron Encarnación

The Arc Mercer is proud to recognize Jaron Encarnación as Employee of the Month for his outstanding contributions to the Campus Day Program.

Since joining the team, Jaron has made a strong impression through his positive energy, reliability, and dedication to the individuals he supports. Known for being a hard worker and dependable teammate, he consistently steps up when needed and is always willing to lend a hand when challenges arise. His ability to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented makes him a valuable presence on the team.

Jaron is not only respected by his colleagues, but also well-liked by the consumers he works with each day. He builds strong, meaningful connections and goes the extra mile to ensure they feel supported, engaged, and valued. Whether it’s taking additional time to assist someone, creating a positive environment, or simply showing genuine care, Jaron’s impact is felt across the program.

Nominated by Taquise Hill, DSP and TAC Ambassador at Campus Day, Jaron was recognized for bringing “great energy” and being “a big help whenever something goes wrong”, a reflection of his consistent commitment and team-first mindset.

As part of this recognition, Jaron will receive a signed and framed certificate from the Office of the Executive Director, a $250 gift card, and an Employee of the Month lapel pin.

As one of twelve Employees of the Month, Jaron is now eligible to be named Employee of the Year, an honor that reflects the dedication and excellence he demonstrates every day.
