Employee of the Month, Emmanuel Magbene

Emmanuel's impact is felt throughout the Avalon community, as highlighted by his nominator, Tabitha Vallon, Senior Group Home Manager.

“Due to his outstanding work ethic and the positive energy he brings to our team. As a BDSP, he sets the tone for the consumers in their home. Whether it’s helping to de-escalate a situation or assisting staff and consumers with their needs, he adapts seamlessly and provides the same level of care and support no matter where he is."

His role as a BDSP requires him to be a calming and stabilizing presence, a duty Emmanuel performs exceptionally. He ensures the consumers' home environment is supportive, and his expertise is invaluable in de-escalating tense situations.

Beyond his day-to-day duties, Emmanuel's eagerness to learn and grow has made a lasting impression. Tabitha highlights his professional development:
