Celebrating 5 Years of Service: Honoring Dedication and Commitment

The Arc Mercer is proud to recognize three outstanding team members who have reached an important milestone, five years of service with the agency. 

Missy Williams (Human Resources), Kevin Bilinsky-Trinidad (Janitorial Site Supervisor), and Tasheka Forrest (DSP, Senior Day Program) have each demonstrated long-standing dedication, consistency, and commitment to the mission.

Reaching a five-year anniversary is a meaningful achievement, especially in a field where turnover can often be high. Milestones like these reflect more than just time, they represent reliability, growth, and a deep connection to the work being done each day. 

Team members who stay and grow with the agency help create stability across programs, strengthen team culture, and build lasting relationships with the individuals supported.

The Arc Mercer’s ability to retain dedicated employees like Missy, Kevin, and Tasheka plays a critical role in delivering the level of care and service that defines the agency.

As a token of appreciation, each 5-year honoree receives a customized Arc Mercer plaque, a $150 gift card, and a 5 Years of Service lapel pin.
