The Arc Mercer’s Family Supports Department proudly represented the agency at a recent ASAH Membership Meeting, an event bringing together leaders from across New Jersey’s special education and adult service communities.

The Arc Mercer was a sponsor of the meeting and luncheon, continuing its commitment to supporting statewide collaboration in the field of intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) services.

Senior Director of Program Development Stacy Klein and Director of Family Support Adam Fishman attended on behalf of the agency. During the luncheon, Stacy delivered a five-minute presentation introducing the Arc Mercer and highlighting “Why Us?”—a powerful overview of what makes the agency stand out as a statewide leader in innovative, person-centered support.

In her remarks, Stacy emphasized the Arc Mercer’s whole-person, community-first approach, which integrates residential, day, vocational, behavioral, and healthcare services under one mission: helping individuals with IDD live with independence, dignity, and belonging. She also shared the agency’s ongoing focus on program innovation, strategic partnerships, and scalable growth, ensuring that as the Arc Mercer expands, quality and person-centered care remain at the forefront.

Stacy noted several key differentiators that continue to set the Arc Mercer apart:

  • Exceptionally low staff turnover (6%), a testament to a dedicated and mission-driven workforce.

  • High standards of care, including low medical error rates and strong internal quality oversight.

  • Integrated clinical supports, such as an in-house healthcare center and embedded behavioral specialists, allowing the agency to meet complex consumer needs with compassion and expertise.

The event offered a valuable opportunity to connect with educators, providers, and stakeholders across New Jersey who share a vision of expanding opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The Arc Mercer’s sponsorship and active participation reinforced its role as a leader in shaping the future of disability services through collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.

It’s inspiring to see meaningful partnerships coming together to support inclusion and independence. Real impact happens when creativity meets compassion. That thoughtfulness in design is what fashion should celebrate too, like the playful Noel Fielding Joker Card Dices Printed Shirt. Amazing work and a wonderful initiative!

High Profile Escort in Greater Noida provides a luxurious experience at its best. My date was a well-educated, trend-conscious woman who made me feel comfortable instantly. We had deep talks and shared a bond that was more than skin-deep.
