The Arc Mercer also recognizes Tiara Williams, DSP at the Campus Day Program, whose dedication and calm, person-centered approach have made her an invaluable presence within the program. Tiara is admired for her ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and confidence while ensuring each consumer feels supported and understood.

Recreation Manager LaShana Deacon, highlighted Tiara’s strong relationships with families and her consistent communication:

“Tiara is very dedicated to the consumers she supports. She stays calm and handles behaviors safely. Families appreciate her and know their children are well cared for because she keeps them updated about their needs.”
