Investing in Leadership: TAC Ambassadors to Participate in Professional Development Retreat

At The Arc Mercer, employee engagement extends beyond the workplace through the Team Atmosphere Committee (TAC), an employee-led committee dedicated to strengthening workplace culture, recognizing staff achievements, promoting inclusion, and creating opportunities for employees to connect, grow, and have their voices heard. 

One of TAC's most impactful initiatives is the TAC Ambassador Program, which empowers frontline employees to serve as leaders, advocates, and strategic partners within the agency.

As part of that commitment to employee advancement, The Arc Mercer is currently planning a dedicated TAC Ambassador Retreat, an immersive professional development experience designed to strengthen leadership skills, expand organizational knowledge, and deepen ambassadors’ understanding of the agency’s long-term vision.

The retreat will bring ambassadors together for a weekend of seminars, training sessions, collaborative workshops, and team-building activities.
