Work anniversaries at the Arc Mercer are more than milestones, they represent relationships built, lives impacted, and a lasting commitment to the agency’s community.
Recognizing Years of Dedication
Employees reaching milestone anniversaries are honored throughout the year as part of TAC’s ongoing recognition efforts. These celebrations acknowledge the experience and institutional knowledge long-tenured staff bring to their roles, as well as the stability and mentorship they provide to newer employees.
Among those recognized were:

Each honoree received a customized Arc Mercer plaque, an anniversary balloon, and a gift card in recognition of their milestone.
A Legacy of Commitment
Anniversary recognitions serve as a reminder that the agency’s strength is built on the dedication of its people. These staff members have supported countless individuals, shaped programs, and helped cultivate the positive workplace culture that defines the Arc Mercer today.
Through monthly awards luncheons and recognition programs, TAC continues to ensure that contributions at every level are acknowledged and celebrated, reinforcing a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to continue making a difference.
