• Diane Befoh was promoted to Part-Time Behavior Shift Manager – Diane has consistently shown a strong work ethic and compassionate leadership. Her ability to connect with both staff and individuals served makes her a natural in this role.

• Kadiatu Kromah is now a Behavioral Direct Support Professional (BDSP) – Known for her dedication and positive attitude, Kadiatu continues to shine in her expanded role supporting individuals with behavioral needs.

• David Bestman stepped into the role of Senior Behavior Group Home Manager – With his deep knowledge of group home operations and calm, steady leadership, David is ready to guide his team to even greater heights.

• Shakeerah McDonald earned a promotion to Part-Time Shift Manager – Shakeerah's initiative, team spirit, and consistency have made a lasting impact, and we're thrilled to see her grow in this new leadership role.

Each of these team members started in a different role but shared a common drive: to make a difference. With hard work, initiative, and support from our training programs and mentors, they took the next step—and we couldn’t be prouder.
