Employee of the Month — Ciera Kriegner

The Arc Mercer proudly recognizes Ciera Kriegner, Site Supervisor in the Janitorial program, as December 2025 Employee of the Month. Ciera’s leadership, professionalism, and genuine commitment to supporting others have made a lasting impact on both her team and the programs she serves.

Leading with Positivity and Initiative

Ciera was nominated by Kathy Rhead, Administrator of the Day Program, who highlighted the energy and dependability Ciera brings to her role each day. Since stepping into her supervisory position, Ciera has demonstrated remarkable initiative and adaptability, often anticipating needs before they arise and stepping in to support staff without hesitation.

Her upbeat attitude and responsiveness have strengthened collaboration across teams, helping ensure that operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of service. Ciera’s leadership style reflects a balance of accountability and encouragement, creating an environment where staff feel supported and motivated.

When speaking about her experience at the agency, Ciera shared that she feels “seen, heard, and appreciated,” a sentiment that reflects the supportive culture she helps foster for others as well.

A Well-Earned Recognition

As Employee of the Month, Ciera received a signed and framed certificate and a $250 gift card at the January Awards Luncheon. She will also be one of twelve monthly recipients eligible for Employee of the Year, to be announced at the annual Fall Gala.
