Celebrating Our Milestone Work Anniversaries
The Arc Mercer is proud to celebrate three employees who have reached important milestones in their careers with our organization.
This month, we recognize Adegbenga Adewole, Shift Manager at Alice, and Tolulope Afolabi, Supervising Behavior Shift Manager at Colonial, for five years of service, along with Rudy Galvez, Driver, who is celebrating an impressive 10 years with The Arc Mercer.
Milestone anniversaries give us an opportunity to recognize the experience, consistency, and commitment employees bring to our organization year after year. Whether supporting individuals directly, leading teams, or helping keep our programs moving each day, long-term employees play an important role in the strength and stability of The Arc Mercer.
Celebrating Five Years
Adegbenga Adewole and Tolulope Afolabi are each celebrating five years of service.
As five-year honorees, they will receive a customized Arc Mercer plaque and a $150 gift card in recognition of this milestone.
Celebrating 10 Years
Rudy Galvez is celebrating an outstanding 10 years of service with The Arc Mercer.
In recognition of a decade of dedication, Rudy will receive a customized Arc Mercer plaque and a $200 gift card.
Every milestone represents years of experiences, relationships, challenges, and accomplishments. We are grateful for the commitment Adegbenga, Tolulope, and Rudy have shown throughout their time with The Arc Mercer.
