Every year of service at The Arc Mercer represents countless moments of dedication, teamwork, and commitment to the individuals and families we serve.

This month, we are proud to recognize eight employees celebrating milestone work anniversaries ranging from 5 to 20 years of service!

Celebrating 5 Years

Congratulations to our employees reaching their five-year milestone:

• Oluwaseun Adejola – BDSP, Special Needs Day Program

• Bernard Wilson – Transportation

• Maira Flores Moreira – Site Supervisor, Janitorial

• Eddie Avery – Transportation

• Tracy Young – DSP, Campus Day Program

Each has spent the past five years contributing their talents to The Arc Mercer and helping strengthen the programs and services we provide every day.

Celebrating 10 Years

A decade of service is an incredible accomplishment. Congratulations to:

Ten years represents thousands of days spent supporting our mission, building relationships, and making a difference in the lives of the people around them.

Celebrating 20 Years

A very special congratulations goes to Loretta Tyson, Site Supervisor with Janitorial, who is celebrating an outstanding 20 years of service with The Arc Mercer!

Two decades of commitment is an extraordinary milestone, and we thank Loretta for the many years she has dedicated to our organization and mission.
