Celebrating 5 Years of Service: Honoring Dedication and Commitment

The Arc Mercer is proud to recognize two outstanding team members who have reached an important milestone, five years of service with the agency.

Sharon Boone (BDSP, Special Needs Day Program) and Stephen Miller (Director of Program Ops) have each demonstrated long-standing dedication, leadership, and commitment to the mission of supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Reaching a five-year anniversary is a meaningful achievement and reflects years of consistency, reliability, and care. Team members who continue to grow with the agency help strengthen programs, support workplace culture, and build lasting relationships with both staff and consumers.

Experienced employees play an essential role in maintaining quality services across the agency. Their knowledge, leadership, and commitment help create stability within programs and contribute to positive outcomes for the individuals supported every day.

Throughout their time with the Arc Mercer, Sharon and Stephen have each made valuable contributions within their respective roles. Whether supporting consumers directly or helping oversee operations and program success, their efforts continue to make a lasting impact across the agency.

As a token of appreciation, each 5-year honoree receives a customized Arc Mercer plaque, a Happy Anniversary balloon, a $150 gift card, and a 5 Years of Service lapel pin.
